There is no pressure to participate — simply the opportunity to
share a beautiful home with other people spending their winter by
the Atlantic.
Yoga, movement and occasional gatherings may happen during your stay,
depending on the season and availability — always optional.

Our winter coliving season runs from 1 November 2026 until 31 March 2027.
What is the minimum stay?
We prioritise longer stays, with our best pricing available for 30-night bookings. 14 and 21-night stays may also be available depending on dates.
Are the rooms single occupancy?
Yes. Winter coliving rates are based on one resident per room, helping us keep Casa Nabia a peaceful and spacious shared home.
Can I work remotely from Casa Nabia?
Yes. We have fibre Wi-Fi and each bedroom has its own desk, allowing you to work comfortably from your private space.
Are bills included?
Yes. Water, electricity, Wi-Fi and heating are included subject to reasonable household use.
