Cancellation policy

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

No-shows & early departures

No-shows are non-refundable.

Early departures are also non-refundable once the stay has begun.

Date changes

Date changes may be possible, subject to availability.

Any request to change dates must be made at least 14 days before check-in. Changes are not guaranteed and may be subject to price differences.

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in is from 3pm.
• Check-out is by 11am.
• Please let us know your estimated arrival time before check-in.

Guests aged 12 and over

To preserve the calm, restful atmosphere of the house, Casa Nabia welcomes guests aged 12 and over.

City tax

City tax is shown separately at checkout where applicable.

This tax is charged according to local municipal requirements and may vary depending on the season, length of stay and guest age.

Shared guesthouse setting

Casa Nabia is a shared guesthouse with private rooms and communal spaces.

Guests are kindly asked to respect the peaceful nature of the house, shared areas and other guests during their stay.

If Casa Nabia needs to cancel

If Casa Nabia is unable to honour your booking due to circumstances within our control, you will be offered either alternative dates or a full refund.

Bookings made through other platforms

If you booked through a third-party platform such as Booking.com or Airbnb, the cancellation and payment terms shown on that platform at the time of booking will apply.
